Our company is led by owner Kevin, who brings over 15 years of hands-on welding, marine and construction experience to every project. As an active, on-site contractor, Kevin remains directly involved in the work ensuring each job meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and reliability. His deep knowledge of construction allows us to take on a wide range of projects with confidence and precision.
As a full-service marine and construction contractor, we specialize in docks, seawalls, decks, pilings, and custom welding and fabrication. We work with marinas, commercial properties, and homeowners, offering dependable solutions and serving as a trusted single contractor for all marine and waterfront needs. Our goal is to deliver long-lasting results through skilled craftmanship, clear communication, and detail to every project.

Chris brings over 8 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry. He specializes in carpentry, concrete work, and marine construction, combining technical expertise with a strong commitment to quality and durability.
In addition to leading our construction operations, Chris also owns and operates a trucking business, Stier’s Enterprise, giving him a unique understanding of logistics, transportation, and job-site efficiency. This dual experience allows projects to run more smoothly from planning to completion.
Having spent years working directly in the field, Chris leads with practical knowledge, attention to detail, and a solutions-driven mindset ensuring every project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
